This Is Supposed To Be Fun

By now, you have probably completed your morning rounds of Timberwolves reading. You have looked at the box score of the Wolves “game” against the Dallas Mavericks last night, you have glanced at the Associated Press recaps and you have read the accounts of the Steve Aschburner, Rick Alonzo and Britt Robson. If you were in attendance last night, you more than likely were one of the many who left the Target Center at the end of the third quarter.

Wow, that was BRUTAL. Not much fun to be found in that one... Looks like our team has quit on Wittman already (did they ever truly buy into him in the first place?)

Well, at least each loss keeps us closer to retaining our draft pick in this loaded draft...which is good, I guess.

Did anyone else see Mark Blount's post-game interview on Wolves Live last night? What a JOKE.

Pretty depressing. Fortunately, I did not see the game. If no one showed energy, what does this say about our young players, particularly Foye? Did he give up? Was his goal not to win? If so, how will he ever be a good player?

Anyone know where Britt is going to be blogging from now on?

Britt will be at The Rake.

As soon as I know the URL, I will post an announcement with the address.

Fantastic that Britt has found a forum to continue his Wolves coverage.

Now, if I could only get him to cover the LYNX!!!!

Thanks for the Britt update. City Pages is making big mistakes. Anyhow in response to Nate...

Our team basically sucks as a whole, and it appears that most everyone has quit on Wittman. I'll be damned if more than a few guys are giving it their full effort out there on the court every game.

Foye... eh... he's so-so. Still learning the ropes since it is apparent we are going to force him to be a PG. He'll have some good and some not so good games...

Stephen...couldn't agree more with all of your points on last night's game. One of the worst Wolves games I've ever been to.
